- Sales & Strategy: Identify key retail shops, Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve monthly sales targets across a portfolio of key retail Shops Analyze regional sales data, market trends, and competitor dynamics to develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans Monitor the daily, weekly, and monthly performance completion status of each store, promptly identify issues, and take corrective measures.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock coverage, minimize out-of-stock scenarios, and maximize sales potential. Coordinate closely with the ASM and SE teams to achieve this.
- Brand Standards & Visual Merchandising: Ensure and maintain the Visibility as per company standards, including Shop construction, OOH, POSM coverage and the correct placement of demo units, dummies, and props inside property shop and key shops to create anengaging customer environment.
- Promotional Activity: Design and Manage promotional activities to boost the sales and meet ROI
- Retailer Training & Support: Educate key retail Stores on product features, benefits, and key selling points (KSPs) to empower their sales teams.
- Field Operations & Reporting: Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement action plans.
- Serve as the key liaison between headquarters and stores, reporting on market insights and competitor activity.
