| Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential exhibitors in Pakistan to promote international trade shows.
- Draft and send professional emails, proposals, presentations, and marketing content.
- Represent Reach Expo and international exhibitions in a professional capacity.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up.
- Assist the marketing team in planning and executing day-to-day marketing activities.
- Conduct basic market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
- Maintain proper records of client communication and sales activities.
- Support management in achieving monthly and yearly sales/marketing targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, or client handling will be considered an advantage.
