We are looking to hire a smart, reliable, and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Executive who can independently handle the accounting needs of a growing startup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting using QuickBooks (invoicing, reconciliation, expense tracking, etc.)

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers

• Handle monthly closings and prepare financial reports

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with filings

• Optimize financial processes suitable for a startup environment

• Coordinate with external auditors or consultants when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Proficient in QuickBooks (certification is a plus)

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and startup finance

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and solve problems

• Experience with cloud-based tools and financial automation is a plus

• Excellent communication and reporting skills
