Job Description:

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our CRM systems, ensuring smooth operations and data integrity.

Responsibilities:

CRM Administration

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce or HubSpot CRM, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, reports, dashboards, and workflows.

  • Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and integrity across the CRM database.

  • Implement automation and improvements for lead management, sales tracking, and reporting processes.

Training & Support

  • Train new users and conduct ongoing training sessions to improve CRM adoption and efficiency.

  • Develop training materials, SOPs, and user documentation for Salesforce and HubSpot.

Audit & Compliance

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure CRM processes are being followed.

  • Monitor user activity and provide feedback for improved compliance and usage.

  • Assist with audit trails and reporting for internal or external stakeholders.

RFP/RFI Management

  • Maintain and organize the RFP/RFI database.

  • Oversee client registration processes and ensure documentation aligns with US-based client and compliance standards.

Key Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot CRM.

  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, workflows, reports, and automation.

  • Excellent communication, training, and documentation skills.

  • Experience with CRM audits, data hygiene, and process improvement.

  • Knowledge of RFP/RFI management and familiarity with US B2B client standards is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently during US business hours (night shift).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Admin and/or HubSpot CRM certifications.

  • Familiarity with integration tools such as Zapier and APIs.

  • Experience in BPO or US-based client service environments.
