Job Description:

As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing process within a logistics environment. You will coordinate with suppliers, transport partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Your Responsibilities

  • Placing and following up on purchase orders with suppliers.
  • Requesting and comparing quotes.
  • Maintaining contact with suppliers worldwide.
  • Monitoring delivery schedules and transport arrangements.
  • Verifying order confirmations and invoices.
  • Handling administrative tasks in ERP systems or Excel.

Your Profile

  • Previous experience in a procurement or purchasing role within logistics or supply chain.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus).
  • Able to work independently, accurately, and with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and proactive in improving processes.
  • Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with ERP systems.
  • Equipped with a quiet home office and stable internet connection.
