Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:



  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally.

  • Make outbound calls from time to time for follow-ups and coordination.

  • Resolve customer queries efficiently.

  • Manage customer and creditor data.

  • Set up repayment agreements and follow up on payments.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality.


Requirements:



  • ACCA/Financial background preferred

  • Fluent in English (spoken, written, listening)

  • Strong computing, email, and analytical skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Good interpersonal and organizational abilities

  • Able to handle customer complaints and meet performance targets


Shift Timings (PKT, Monday to Friday):


12:00 PM 8:30 PM


1:00 PM 9:30 PM


2:30 PM 11:00 PM


Note: Saturdays will be rotational
