Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Make outbound calls from time to time for follow-ups and coordination.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Manage customer and creditor data.
- Set up repayment agreements and follow up on payments.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality.
Requirements:
-
ACCA/Financial background preferred
- Fluent in English (spoken, written, listening)
- Strong computing, email, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Able to handle customer complaints and meet performance targets
Shift Timings (PKT, Monday to Friday):
12:00 PM 8:30 PM
1:00 PM 9:30 PM
2:30 PM 11:00 PM
Note: Saturdays will be rotational |
