· MCSE certified
· Monitoring systems performance
· LAN & WLAN based Network troubleshooting.
· Managing Domain Controller, Active Directory, User Roles & Authorization Policy.
· Maintain Systems Backup and recovery.
· Facilitate all end users in their problems.
· Windows Installation and trouble shooting.
· UPS maintenance.
· Hardware and software Installation, configuration & trouble shooting.
· Troubleshooting Purchase of equipment when needed.
· Good communication skills.
· Quick problem resolving skills.
· Having Know how of Photoshop will be a plus point. |
