-Check source documents for accuracy

-Responsible to maintain a record of raw material, packing material and     finish goods also in and out recording

-Responsible to manage inward gate pass and outward gate pass

-All deliveries recording – Both local and Import deliveries

-To maintain a GRNs recording

-Recording of issue items raw material, packing material etc.

-To maintain all purchase requests properly.

-Stock maintaining and also recording

-Verify data and correct data where necessary mean data validation

-Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required

-Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database,   files and forms
