| Job Description: |
- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Constantly plan out all stores resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets.
- Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report on daily weekly and monthly basis.
- Issuance/dispatch of stock as per SOP.
- Handle and monitor obsolete/inventory disposals.
- Organizing the dispatch and delivery of goods
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate and verifiable stocks also responsible for future capacity requirements,
- Responsible to carry out physical audit of warehouse stock.
- Maintain housekeeping of warehouse.
- Review agreements in liaison with the contracts team & vendors to finalize the terms & conditions of goods/services being procure.
- Share procurement progress reports with management
- Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
- Only prefer who have wide warehouse experience in textile industry.
