| Job Description: |
- Recruitment Sourcing/ screening and shortlisting candidates for the vacant positions through various sources.
- Rozee PK, Linkdin on any other resource Scheduling the interviews of candidates as per availability of the management and coordinating with candidates for follow-up or queries.
- Selection Conducting the initial telephonic interviews of the shortlisted candidates.
- Offer letter Preparing and processing offer letters, contract letters, joining reports and JD’s of hired employees.
- Documentation/Followups Preparing the monthly hiring summary and maintain the documents of the hired staff.
- Onboarding/Orientasion conduct orientation of hired staff.
- Conducting the reference check of the hired staff.
- Ensuring that JD of requested position is updated by reporting authorities of requested position.
- Preparing the welcome note for new inductees.
