| Job Description: |
- Planning and development of KPIs for QA & Training team.
- Performance tracking of Customer Service staff on all touch points.
- Monitoring, evaluation of customer service staff and anticipate training needs.
- Development of respective reports and visibility.
- To take QA & Training related initiatives to keep workforce motivated and performance driven.
- Achieving QA Standardization through Calibration Process (Internal & External).
