Job Description:

We are a rapidly growing company located in unique offices within the heart of Birmingham, Pakistan and Vietnam. We need a passionate, creative doer who can help us scale with the best talent to compete in the IT & SaaS (BPO) Industry. We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who personifies our culture and core values.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver innovative, efficient solutions to hiring needs
  • Your main goal is to identify, assess, and bring top talent.
  • Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified tech team to support the organization
  • Complete recruitment life cycle which includes sourcing, screening, tests, interviews scheduling, managing interviews and managing smooth onboarding
  • Managing Complete batch hiring process and build a team of Rockstar's
  • Generate interest in leading universities and Job Boards as well as job fairs and events
  • Experience with multiple sourcing techniques (e.g. social media, internal recruiting, referrals, etc.)
  • Ability to stay up to date on the latest tech industry standards, issues, and risks
  • Understanding of relevant labour laws and HR best practices
  • Ability to maintain a database and pipeline of candidates
  • Willingness to become an ambassador for the brand and represent the company upon a candidate’s first interactions with the organization
  • Enhance the presence of the company from hiring perspective

Skill Set:

  • 5+ years of experience including progressive work experience in the areas of talent acquisition/recruitment in the IT industry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, driving cross-functional relationships and establishing credibility within and outside of the organization
  • Previous experience interviewing and assessing potential hired for technology positions and assisting with onboarding processes
  • Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any technical questions a potential hire may have
  • Working proficiency on ATS system is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed, results-oriented environment at a fast pace; Ability to prioritize tasks, organize large volume of work, perform independently.
  • Proven organizational skills, with the ability to undertake multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
