| Job Description: |
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead- Senior Software Developer to become a part of our software development team. The right candidate must have 6-7 years of experience in Agile Scrum software development. The candidate should have excellent English communication skills and prior experience of client handling.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Perform as Software development lead
- Communicate directly with customers
- Prepare Technical documentations
- Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Requirements
- Should have Excellent English communication and leadership skills
- Should have 6+ plus years of experience in same field
- Experience in .Net, JavaScript , ASP .Net, C#, PHP, Laravel desirable React, Node Js , Typescript
- Experience in working in Agile Scrum environment
- Experience in Jira/Trello or other Project Management Tools.
