| Job Description: |
- Conduct and coordinate with management to ensure timely recruitment, interviews, orientation and training and development of employees.
- Conducting Annual Employees’ Appraisals, data collection & analysis
- Processing of error-free monthly payroll and final settlements
- Support HR strategy in implementing various HR initiatives in liaison with all stakeholders
- Support delivery of end to end HR services
- Monitor, review and improve internal HR systems and processes
- Address employee queries and grievances and act as a go to person for the staff
