Responsibilities:

• Manage all processes and functions of store.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely supply of materials.
•  Oversee receiving of all materials and prepare reports of material received.
•   Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
• Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate.
• Provide support to the project team with basic material transaction activities such as material receiving, inspection, storage.
• Prepare Monthly Reports of Inventory purchased / Movements.
• Completes additional assigned tasks as required.
