| Job Description: |
- The Position will responsible to look after and handle the Logistic pre shipment activities with respect to knowledge of forwarders online shipping portal, C-TPAT compliance, shipping line knowledge, customer compliance and booking procedure, strong communication and negotiation skills and other pre shipment related activities of exports.
- Knowledge of Import Shipping schedule, transit time, important port around the globe origin local charges and destination handling charges and procedures.
- Daily Problem and complaint handling and providing quality services to customers are key responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
- Look after Team and KPI
- Compliance of Forwarding and handling protocols of nominated customers.
- Cost effective and efficient solution to daily challenges
- Quality service to customers.
Skills & Abilities: Must be Proficient in communication, MS Excel, self-motivated, Team Player and ability to adopt compliances |
