We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic .Core Full-Stack WPF Developer to join our growing team at Applied Impact Group (AIG). The ideal candidate will be working with a local and offshore team in USA on a project that requires constant innovation and new technologies upgrades on a frequent basis.

Primary Responsibilities include::

• Design and implement new features in the Salesforce, ServiceNow and SnowFlake
• Implement solutions working as a seasoned Java and NodeJS programmer, writing scalable, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Work closely with other programmers and developers to develop robust software components, integrating the software with other teams.
• Diagnose and fix software problems.
• Perform core code quality efforts including code reviews, unit, and acceptance tests.

Desired Skills and Responsibilities:

• 3+ years of experience of ServiceNow development
• 3+ years of experience in IT service management process designPass ServiceNow, Salesforce and SnowFlake Certification
• Overarching understanding of our Enterprise product suite
• Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: ServiceNow, Salesforce and SnowFlake API's, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
• Ability to apply business concepts into a technical solution
• Web portal development skills, such as HTML, CSS, Angular JS, bootstrap
• Experience implementing the following Core Process Areas: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB
• Ability to create reports using the standard reporting engine, plus metrics and SLAs
• Follow best practices (including scripting, security, implementation)
• Display aptitude in learning new modules based on training materials
• Experience with collaboration across functional borders enterprise-wise (i.e. within and outside of IT)
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• 3+ years ServiceNow administration in an enterprise environment
• 2-4 year technical-oriented degree, or equivalent work experience with technical product and application support, or equivalent work experience with healthcare business processes
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration and documentation skills
