| Job Description: |
Record Maintenance
- Maintaining current HR files and data base.
- Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
- Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
Attendance & leaves
- Finalize attendance & leaves.
- Answering payroll questions.
- Maintain all leaves record on system/ files on monthly basis for all departments
Recruitment/New Hire Process
- Participating in recruitment efforts.
- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
- Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.
- Preparing new employee files.
- Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews.
JDS, Performance Evaluations, SOPs & Policies
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly performance evaluations of Business Development department.
- Assist in preparing and updating of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents.
General Duty
- Provide detail information to admin for employee business cards.
- Liaison with regional coordinator for daily HR activities.
- Assist line manager in daily HR&QA tasks.
