• Should have a rich experience in analysis, design, development, product building, team building, and managing maintenance and support of applications
• Good experience in Web Applications Development, Team Handling, Operations, Project Management, and People management.
• Providing leadership, training, mentoring, and guidance to members of the team.
• Oversee multiple projects across all phases of development.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
•  Should have 5+ Years of experience.

Responsibilities / Duties :

• The Team Lead/Project Manager will be responsible for leading, developing & mentoring the team.
• Coming up with the best practices to help the team achieve their technical tasks and continually thrive in improving the technology of the product/team.
• Driving the adoption of best practices & regular participation in code reviews, design reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Lead complex design sessions, work closely with customer and business partners to establish requirements in order to develop a given solution.
•  Support the delivery of solutions by being able to assist the programmers in their tasks.
• Make key decisions include determining the most appropriate platform to complete application development requests and code quality assurance for the team.
• Handle multiple demands and competing priorities while ensuring deliverables are met.
