Face44 is looking for an experienced  “Web Developer” for its Islamabad office to optimize the speed of a number of websites for its clients. This resource will be involved in assessing and evaluating the sites in order to make them efficient and fast to load.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience, good knowledge and understanding to identify the issues that slow down web pages and impact page speed/score.

Please only apply if you are familiar with the Page Speed Optimization Concept, which includes (but are not limited to):

• Minifying CSS, JavaScript, and HTML
• Reduce redirects
• Remove render-blocking JavaScript
• Improve server response time
• Optimize images
• Page Speed Score
• WordPress Platform
• Expertise in WP Plugin Integration (WooCommerce and more...)
• Knowledge of tools like Google PageSpeed Insight
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals from google

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Web Development
• Experience in Web Speed Optimization is a plus.
• Good level of communication skills (English)
• Great listener, eager to learn, and a good speaker
