| Job Description: |
- Ensures Factory complies with internal regulations and established control protocol
- Examines documentation, including reports, statements, records, and memos to gather information
- Reconciles documentation with actual inventory or assets to ascertain accuracy
- Completes standard paperwork and questionnaires to confirm internal controls
- Identify accounting and financial record-keeping processes that can be improved.
- Determine ways to cut costs and improve profitability
- Assess the efficiency and productivity of internal staff and make recommendations for improvement
- Present findings to upper management in the form of reports and presentations.
- Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost.
- Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions.
- Tracking & Proper Record of Raw Material and Factory Consumable.
- Identifying shortfalls or gaps in processes
- Promote ethics and help identify improper conduct.
