Job Description:
  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
  • Answer & make and direct phone calls 
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner
  • Maintain the general office filing system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong phone skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both Urdu and English
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Punctual 

Qualifications;

  • Minimum Intermediate
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment but fresh are also encouraged to apply
