Job Description: |
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer & make and direct phone calls
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner
- Maintain the general office filing system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong phone skills
- Excellent communication skills in both Urdu and English
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Qualifications;
- Minimum Intermediate
