- Record Keeping/filing
- Air Ticket Bookings of valued guests along hotel accommodations
- Making of various office orders & dissemination of it.
- Record keeping various confidential documents related to company and its Chairman, MD, Directors & Other Executives.
- Inter departmental exchange of documents
- Schedule in-house & external events
- Looking after overall ambiance of the office
- Preparing purchase orders for machinery, Plants, Chemicals for ghee and oil
- Fleet/transport Management
- Misc Statements
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Power Point
