Data Analytics & BI Manager

DA&BI Deployment Procedure:

1.       Make sure that BI process and SOPs are followed for the respective development.

2.       Verify that requirements are fulfilled.

3.       Ensure data quality.

4.       Report/Dashboard deployment query to be shared to Live System owner. (UF/RQ/SZ)

5.       Release document should be updated.

6.       Verify the releases and confirm back to all related persons.

7.       If any doubt, then picks up discussion with Sajad.

8.       Update ClickUp accordingly.

Objectives:      

1.       Manage department operations, activities, tools and resources.

2.       Communication with higher management, compliance of their expectations.

3.       Recommend the appropriate path for enhancements and to achieve business goals.

4.       Ensure availability and resilience of infrastructure.

5.       Ensure data management and data quality.

6.       Should have skill matrix, job description, training plan and performance reviews.

          Should have set clear job expectations for each team member.

          Conduct performance reviews and document them.

7.       Make sure:

           Resources are assigned as per their skills.

           Team performance.

8.       Provide technical support to team whenever required.

9.       Requirement gathering and user meetings.

10.   Ensure that BI process(s) and SOPs are followed. Improve when required.

11.   Deployment and release management.

12.   Update ClickUp accordingly.

13.   Make sure every project is delivered as a quality product.

14.   Bring resources in, onboard them, provide required training and ensure productivity.

15.   Raise the conduct maters with HR.

Managerial Responsibilities:

1.       Communication with higher management, clients, users

2.       Ensure departmental and individual performance

3.       Establish SOPs, Documentation & Infrastructure & the respective Updates whenever required/Keep them up to date.

4.       Manage projects, activities, resources.

5.       Oversee; ClickUp implementation.

6.       Staff Punctuality/Leave Management
