| Job Description: |
Insubordination of Manager HR, the Senior HR Officer will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations.
- Managing end-to-end payroll, records, and relevant documentation.
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
- Processes the company’s payroll every month.
- Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review.
- Provide payroll processing backup support as and when required.
- Partner with finance to maintain the payroll database.
- Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll.
- Performance appraisal and review.
- Processing of employee loans and salary advances applications.
- Processing of final settlements of employees.
