| Job Description: |
- Conduct and supervise all recruitment and selection activities, including CV database management, job advertisements, updating SIH job portal timely, documentation, and any other related activity
- Maintain a well-structured CV data base
- Coordinate and ensure that orientation activities and documentation is completely timely
- Communicate efficiently with respective departments to ensure the needs are met in a timely and effective manner
- Perform background checks on potential employees, as well as checking upon given references, transcripts and credentials
- Review Employee file completely to ensure proper documentation has been done
- Facilitate staff and ensure any problems and delays are addressed accordingly
- Promote compliance with all policies, procedures and protocols applicable to the job function
