Job Description: |
- Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to company’s strategy and business goals, as well as with the Headquarter.
- Implement and manage employee benefit programs.
- Assist HR Head in the strategic development of home country policies and procedures to support the human resources function.
- Manpower Budgeting, Planning and controlling in coordination with respective departments.
- Responsible for all headcount reporting locally and internationally Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.
- Works as the key representative to the external benchmarks and key surveys supporting the HR function.
- Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources reports and metrics.
- Assisting the Leadership in conducting Grade and PIR Review exercises and any other special projects as may be directed by the Headquarter.
- Collection, updation, verification and maintenance of KPIs from all departments
- Responsible for running the Mid-Year and Year-end performance review processes for the entire organization
- Responsible for preparation of increment and variable pay proposals.
