RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools like Email and Live chat.

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.


REQUIREMENTS:



  • Qualification: Intermediate or Graduation.

  • Total Experience: Fresh also can apply for the job.

  • Able to work in shift rotation.

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.

  • Track record of over-achieving quota.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

  • Strong English communication skills for writing email, live chat and phone calls.

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.


Job Type: Full-time


Salary: Rs15,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month


Experience:



  • call center: 1 year (Preferred)

Contract length: 03 months
