UK based company is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the team in Islamabad office, Sector E11.
As a successful applicant you will be responsible for the following:
Job Description
- Reconcile and post customer receipts (cash, bank and credit card transactions) against the sales invoices
- Raise sales invoices & credit notes
- Assist in credit control
- Maintaining the sales ledger
- Bank reconciliation
- Liaise with third party providers, clients and suppliers
- Post month-end / weekly journals
- Maintain Fixed Assets Register
- Basic administration
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
Person Specification
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience
- Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACMA, CA)
- Fluent in English language
- At least 3 years’ experience in the similar role
- Strong knowledge of double entry
- Experience of NetSuite
- Attention to detail
- High level of accuracy
