Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations Human Resources department
• Ensuring consistent administration of company policies, and make recommendations on policy development
• Conducting training for multiple levels of employees in the areas of Performance Management, talent acquisition, employee and leadership development
• Provide coaching and counseling in the areas of performance, engagement, retention, compliance, leadership, organizational structure, recruitment, and employee development
• Effectively handling sensitive matters, including the safeguarding of all confidential information
• Managing employee relations including conducting investigations, coaching, and dispute resolution
• Managing the payroll process and all personnel change notifications through team
• Point of contact for all employee inquiries regarding company benefits, policies, procedures and payroll
• Create a positive internal brand for the HR Department
• Learning & Development – To Successfully Implement L&D strategy
• To Contribute towards bringing Transparency, Visibility and Openness with respect to People Processes, Career Management

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in the relevant industry.
• Must be capable of doing Massive Hiring through different plat-forms for the project.
• People oriented and results driven
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
