Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.Accomplishes sales and organisation mission by completing related results as needed.
Required Skills:Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.Fluency in english and good accent.Previous experience in a customer support role |
